Registration:

All participants must register to attend the conference, and every paper must be registered for presentation.
One full registration is entitled for presentation of one paper with an option of up to two (2) additional papers
(extra fees of AUD300 each additional paper apply).
One student registration is entitled for presentation of one paper with no additional paper option.
Presenting authors must register before 7 July 2017 (papers registered after this date will not be 
included in the conference program). There will be NO further extension.

Payment Methods

Online Payment
- Click at the link to access the UTS Online Event Registration System. 
- Please note that this online payment system only has full functionality in Internet Explorer. 
  If on a Mac, please use Firefox.
- The online payment system accepts only VISA and MASTER credit cards.

On-site Payment
- On-site registration is only available for non-presenting participants as it is not possible to add any new 
  presentations in the program on-site, and additional tickets of lunches and dinner as well as the USBs of 
  conference proceedings.
- On-site registrations must be paid in cash of Australian Dollars (AUD) as the conference centre cannot 
  process EFTPOS.

After completing your online registration and payment, you will receive an email confirmation with tax receipt 
for your registration from ICEMS2017. If you do not receive this email within a week, please kindly contact 
the ICEMS2017 Treasurer by email to Gang.Lei@uts.edu.au.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason one is unable to attend the conference, he/she can withdraw the registration by 10 July 2017. 
Request for cancellation of registration must be made in writing by email to the ICEMS2017 Treasurer at 
Gang.Lei@uts.edu.au. Upon receiving the cancellation request, the paper(s) of the cancelled registration will 
be deleted from the conference program. All refunds will be paid only after the conclusion of the Conference. 
Any extra charges (about 30% including the GST and administration fees) occurred will be deducted from the 
original registration fee. No refund will be made for the cancellation request received after 10 July 2017.

As an alternative to cancellation of registration, one may consider getting another participant 
(co-author) to present the paper. If a paper is not presented, it will be regarded as a no-show paper, 
and excluded from the submission to IEEE Xplore database.
